Cabernet Franc
Our 2017 Cabernet Franc is partially sourced from one of our vineyard partners in York County, PA. It is deep in color and has aromas suggesting dried cherry, cranberry, tobacco, and vanilla. It has good acidity, lingering tannin, a hint of smoke, plum overtones and supporting raspberry flavors.
Barbera Rosé – SOLD OUT
Our 2019 Barbera Rosé is packed with aromas suggesting fresh peach, raspberry, and strawberry with hints of river rock. This wine has bright and delicious flavors suggesting cantaloupe, cherry, strawberry and peach with a very pleasant, lingering finish. Pairs well with fresh salads, grilled and buttered rock fish, pasta in a light cream sauce, as well as fruit and cheese platters.
Dessert Vidal Blanc
Our 2019 Vidal Blanc Dessert Wine is rich and sweet. On the nose, this wine has brilliant aromas of candied orange, ginger, pear, and tangerine. On the palate, this wine has well-structured acidity to balance its rich sweetness. It has flavors that suggest ripe golden pineapple, citrus, guava, and mango.
2020 Le Bubbly – Sparkling Wine made in the traditional Champagne method
Our 2020 Sparkling Wine, called Le Bubbly, is made from California Chardonnay grapes. Made in the traditional Champagne Method, this Sparkling is barrel fermented and aged for 6 months, then racked and bottled, where secondary fermentation occurred. We let it bottle ferment for nearly 3 years, gently building up a natural carbonation. This sparkling is dry, light, crisp and refreshing, with hints of pear and biscuit.
Ruby Rose from Cabernet Franc
2022 Ruby Rosé made from Cabernet Franc grapes from Chile, 17 hour cold soak on skins gives a beautiful garnet color, as well as more flavor than a typical Rosé. Aged for 6 months, still has fresh acidity, but softer than a white wine. A perfect choice for summertime meals when a red may be too heavy – designed to be a refreshing wine with notes of cherry.
