Refreshing and crisp with notes of wild strawberry and watermelon.
This dry white is sourced from the famed Montbray Vineyard in Carroll County, MD, where Hamilton Mowbray produced ground-breaking wines from the late 1960s to the early 1990s. 100% Seyval Blanc, this wine is very dry and very light. Similar to a Sauvignon Blanc but without the grassy flavors associated with it.
Elena is a blend of white French-American hybrid grapes sourced entirely from our estate vineyard. It is about 90% Seyval Blanc with some Burdin, Villard Blanc, and Chardonnay blended in. It is very light and dry, but with good fruit, similar to Pinot Grigio in style. The wine is named after the owners' youngest daughter, Elena.
A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Cabernet Franc, this wine is soft and chewy with wonderful core of brier fruits and blueberry. Oak is present but not dominant and there are nice soft tannins on the finish. It is the lightest and most approachable of our three Cabernets.
A deliciously sweet dessert wine with a residual sugar content of 7%. Vidal is a hybrid grape with very fruity flavors including pink grapefruit, pineapple, and melon. Great for after dinner with fruit desserts or before as an aperitif.
